Which map?
- Reinstall the latest patch and be sure to do it piece by piece instead, I had the same issues with other item(s).
Open up the patch folder > Copy everything other than sub-folders and place into Spectrum's main folder. Open any sub-folders > Place in correct Spectrum folder.
DO NOTE: Take the entire sub-folder and just place it.

Well, there is no longer a patch, just an update and a reinstall. I'll check this out in a few minutes and see whether or not the mesh exists, if it doesn't this thread will be marked as a bug.
