Someone please help me :c [SOLVED]

Hello, I am new to this game, I downloaded it yesterday and it worked.
But today when I tried to log on, it keeps saying 'Our connection has failed. :c' but my connection is perfectly working. I have been trying to log on now 4 or 5 hours (I live in Europa, times are different here).
Is there any way to fix this?

Hello there. I am posting a problem with the download of Spectrum. I have downloaded everything the forum told me to download but it doesn't work. This is what I always get after downloading the .exe

you need to install your game to c:\games

if that's the installer then take it out of downloads and put it into c:\, because you don't have administrative priveledges on your computer it looks like

or right click > run as administrator? idk it's worth a shot
